- Your customer code # located on the barcode/tag on the windshield of your vehicle or on the contract when you first joined.
- Last 4 digits of the credit card used on your Unlimited account.
- If you are trying to cancel, your plan must be within 4 days of your recharge date. (per the terms and conditions of the plan)
