ScrubaDub’s "Summer Fun Giveaway Contest"
Terms and Conditions
By playing “the Match’em up Game”, each entrant agrees to all of the terms and conditions. Each contestant who submits a game winner entry form will automatically become eligible for the weekly grand prize drawings from 7/1/13 – 8/31/13. ScrubaDub may send information about future contests, promotions and special offers directly to the email provided to submit the entry. To opt-out at any time email “remove” to scrub@scrubadub.com.
1. Dates/Eligibility. The "Summer Fun Giveaway Contest" (the "Contest") begins on July 1st 2013 at 12:00:00 AM and ends August 31st 2013 by 11:59:59 PM. All entries via email will be compiled within the system, in which the 18 top tier prizes will be randomly rewarded. The Contest is open to all legal U.S. residents, 21 years of age and older. Void where prohibited by law. Participants are limited to one entry per week. Employees or agents of ScrubaDub, as well as members of the same household of any such employee or agent, may not participate in the Contest.
2. How to Enter the "Summer Fun Giveaway Contest"
a) Consumers will play the ScrubaDub Match’em up Game at ScrubaDub.com from their computer or mobile phone, and upon clicking submit on the winner entry form will automatically be entered in the ScrubaDub "Summer Fun Giveaway Contest". The tier one and two prizes are randomly selected and will be instantly rewarded and sent to your email within 20 minutes of clicking submit. A score of 80 or better with a time of less than two minutes get access to tier one prizes. If you don’t receive your prize in your email, check your junk/spam folder to see if it was filtered there. The weekly grand prize winners will be notified via email and or cell phone. b) To enter into the "Summer Fun Giveaway Contest" without playing the Match’em up Game, on a 3" x 5" card, hand print your complete name, street address (no P.O. boxes), city, state, zip code, daytime telephone number with area code and/or cell phone number with area code, signature, date of birth and mail it in an envelope to: c/o "Summer Fun Giveaway Contest", 172 Worcester Road, Natick, MA 01760. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by 8/24/2013 and received by 8/31/13. Limit one (1) entry per person per week, and (1) entry per postmarked outer envelope.
3. Grand Prizes. One (1) 16 GB IPad Mini. One (1) ScrubaDub $50 Gift Card Valid for ScrubaDub wash or detail services only. One (1) ScrubaDub Works Book. Two (2) ScrubaDub $25 Gift Cards. Two (2) ScrubaDub Express Books. Two (2) ScrubaDub Simoniz 365 Hand Waxes. Three (3) ScrubaDub QuickShine Hand Waxes. Three (3) ScrubaDub 30 Day Unlimited Wash Passes. Three (3) Pairs of Boston Red Sox Game Tickets. Prizes cannot be exchanged, substituted or redeemed for cash. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. ScrubaDub at its own discretion may offer additional prizes.
4. Conditions/Restrictions. By entering this contest, entrants are to be bound by the terms of these Official Rules. ScrubaDub is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, incomplete, illegible or incorrect entries. Winners names may be used for website/facebook publicity purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law. Winners may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and release, including a publicity release, as prepared by ScrubaDub within prior to receiving the prize. Winners will be responsible for payment of any taxes or fees, which result from the receipt and/or use of their prize.
Anyone using fraudulent means to participate and/or win the Contest will be disqualified. In exchange for the right to participate in the Contest, each participant agrees to release and indemnify ScrubaDub and any other related entity and entities affiliated with the Contest and their respective officers, subsidiaries and employees, (the "Released Parties"), from any and all claims, demands and/or causes of action of any nature or kind whatsoever, whether presently known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen, that arise out of the participant's participation in the Contest.
